Has your account gone inactive?
If you have not transacted on your account for 2 years, your account will be classed as inactive. Inactive accounts maintain the existing balance but you cannot transact on your account until you reactivate it.
To reactivate your account, you can call to branch or complete the process online:
- Reactivate your account online via our ID Pal app
- Simply click on the link below & follow the prompts. You will need the documentation mentioned below ready at hand.

- Call to branch with
- Valid photo I.D.
- Proof of address dated in the last 6 months
- Proof of PPSN (please note we cannot accept a social services card for this)
