Additional Information

  • 25% of the value of the loan principle shall be paid by Claddagh Credit Union directly to contractors/sub-contractors and/or vendors by cheque or EFT

Lending criteria

Savings Requirement

  • Minimum of €20 in your savings.

Ability to Repay

  • We must establish that a borrower is able to afford the loan repayments, including interest, for the full duration of the loan.

Loan Amount & Rate

  • Borrow between €5,000 – €19,999 to avail of the special Revamp Loan rate. (For loan amounts greater than €20,000, please see our Renovate360 loan).

In the case that a guarantor is required on a loan and you are providing their documentation (e.g. payslip etc.) the Credit Union will need them to sign a Third Party Information Consent form available from our Downloads section.
